We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, measurements, diamond information, photographs, videos, pricing, and other product information.
Because jewelry is a physical product and diamonds have individual characteristics, minor variations may occur between photographs, renderings, samples, and the actual piece you receive.
Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.
Carat weights, dimensions, gold weights, and other measurements may be stated as approximate or may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
3. Lab-Grown Diamonds
Products identified as containing lab-grown diamonds contain diamonds created in a laboratory environment rather than mined from the earth.
Product descriptions will identify the materials and diamond characteristics applicable to the particular piece.
Customers should review the applicable product description and specifications before purchasing.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our U.S. website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, technical, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding when appropriate.
Applicable sales tax and any other required charges will be calculated at checkout.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to decline or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability;
- Pricing or product-information errors;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
- Inability to verify information;
- Shipping restrictions; or

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Preorders
Certain products may be offered for preorder before they are ready for immediate shipment.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page:
- Payment is collected in full when the preorder is placed.
- Promotional preorder pricing, including any introductory discount, applies only during the stated promotional period.
- The estimated delivery timeframe for our initial preorder program is approximately 4–6 weeks, unless another timeframe is disclosed before purchase.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
- A preorder may be canceled for a full refund before manufacturing or production of the customer's piece begins.
- Once manufacturing or production begins, the preorder may no longer be canceled or returned for a change of mind and will be considered final sale, except in cases involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product or where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States.
Where offered, standard insured shipping is complimentary.
Orders may require an adult or other authorized signature upon delivery.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, security procedures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible standard jewelry may be returned or exchanged when a return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of documented delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Returned jewelry must satisfy the eligibility requirements contained in that policy.
Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, repaired, modified, final-sale, and certain other products are not eligible for standard returns.
Preorders that have entered manufacturing or production are subject to the separate cancellation and return provisions described in our Preorder Policy.
10. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, including beginning and expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchases, or other restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
- Cannot be combined with other offers;
- Have no cash value;
- Cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases; and
- May be modified or discontinued as permitted by applicable law.
Any specific promotional terms presented at the time of purchase will control if they conflict with this general section.

Product availability may change without notice.
For products represented as in stock, we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information. However, inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding available alternatives or cancellation and refund of the affected item.
